A family business, not a franchise

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if something is not right, we own it, and we make it right before the day is over.

I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Call (267) 363-3090.

How frequently do units get serviced?

One maintenance visit per week comes standard with every rental. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and keep the unit at your location until you request removal.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replace paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

A flat, firm surface that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.
